Quick Cornbread

Ingredients


2 c. Cornmeal

½ c. S.R. flour

1 1/3 c. Milk or buttermilk

¼ c. Oil

1 Egg, beaten
 
 
 
Directions


Preheat oven for 450.

Grease 8’’ pan.

Mix together ingredients and pour into pan.

Bake for 25 minutes.
